Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day.  You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.

Your order will be sent to the address that is on your Minga London order.

Please make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street and post code and that it is the correct delivery address.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please note we do our best to provide you with a quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur.

If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient, give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it.

You've given it a few days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:

STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order.

STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.

STEP 3: Send us an email and we will do our best to solve the situation.

International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy periods of the year i.e. Christmas, holiday etc.

  

TAXES AND DUTIES

By placing an order at Minga, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Minga London. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

NCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please email us at infominga@mingalondon.com before posting the item back to us. 

 

RETURNS

We hope you and your new purchase are very happy together. However, if it's not a match made in heaven, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you.

The items will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. To return your unwanted item(s), please fill in the return form enclosed in your package with the item(s) you want to return and the reason code.

2. Then pop the form and the item(s) in a bag. 

3. Take the enclosed return address label that corresponds to your country, stick it on the outside of the bag and take the parcel to your local post office.

If returning an international order, clearly mark ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the description to avoid paying unnecessary charges.

Lost your return form? print a new one

PLEASE REMEMBER

Always keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Returns can take up to 30 days to get back to us. If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 30 days since you posted your return then please contact us with a picture of your proof of postage so that customer service can investigate this for you.  

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 14 working days from when we receive your package for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email once this has been completed.

Any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 2-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.

RETURN COST

We are sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns. Please note the enclosed postage label is not pre-paid. 

The original shipping charges are also non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect. Items purchased with free delivery (sale events) will be refunded at a discounted rate for the delivery costs incurred to send the item(s) to you.

EXCHANGES

We are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘RETURN INSTRUCTIONS’.

RETURNING MORE THAN ONE ORDER

You can return more than one order in the same parcel. Please include both return forms for each order to help us speed up the process of your return. If you have lost your return form, you can print a new one

NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

Pierced jewellery and underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
